All our employees and sub-contractors have the Safe at work Ontario training and know that they also have roles and responsibilities to ensure they are working in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations.

Our employees receive the necessary training in First Aid & CPR/AED, Working at Heights, Forklift and WHMIS. As well as our supervisors undergo additional Health & Safety training.

We also provide in-house training to our employees on the proper use of hand and power tools and hot work equipment including maintenance, safe handling and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We make certain that our trucks and equipment are kept in good condition at all times by performing regular maintenance and daily routine checks.

We conduct ongoing safety training, meetings and tool box talks to our employees in an effort to eliminate safety hazards and to help employees know, understand and implement safe work practices and procedures. Each of our employees are supplied with our Health & Safety Manual which includes all of our policies and procedures.
